1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging for return to be approved.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return approval.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized or customized products are non-refundable unless damaged.
- Gift cards or digital purchases are non-refundable.
